Factor mmr loss/gain off pre-10 minutes death counts

It's not uncommon to have 1 or 2 deaths before ten minutes, but if someone is going 7-8 deaths before the ten minute mark without a kill, they are either int feeding or definitely don't belong in the elo bracket. It's not fair for someone too feed a lane and drag down the entire team because they don't understand the concept of "playing safe". The worse part is, this SJW encourages people to overreact over the smallest things so if you say "play safe" they take offense and continue to feed or go afk. Win or Loss should be a team results but personal MMR gains/loss needs to be based on personal performance, not team performance.

100% agree.

I've been advocating for this nonstop - we need individual lane phase metrics that can account for these horrific matchmaking disasters. In low ELO hell especially this is an epidemic.

It would also cut down on "toxicity" tremendously if the players that played well didn't get punished due to bad players that are bad. 90% of all toxicity in League comes from teammates that do their job getting stuck with bad players that cant do theirs. Its a recipe for frustration, and Riot can't fix it until they understand that the individual lane phase is the best time, from a metrics perspective, to measure individual skill/ability, rather than this collective BS they do sticking a 10-0 mid with 0-20 bot and tell the mid they lose points.
