Make Lux Passive Count as a Separate Source of Damage

Lux misses Thunderlord's, a lot. E>AA>P was and still is a core part of laning with her, since it's the easiest and quickest way to get a positive trade. But in the olden days, Lux passive counted as that third hit, which caused Thunderlord's to go off. Electrocute, for some unknown reason, doesn't work like that.

So, easy fix, make Lux's passive damage come in .125 seconds after the auto damage, thus counting it as an entirely separate attack and allowing Electrocute/Phase Rush to go off. Given that Electrocute is already "balanced" relative to Thunderlord's by it's substantially longer cooldown, making it also harder to activate seems unnecessary to me.

But doesn't Arcane comet fits her well too? She has a lot of cc to make this comet hit

I KNOW!!! The way electrocute works is that you need to either have three spells hit (passive doesn’t count) OR three autos. You can’t mix match like you use to with autos and abilities so e + aa + passive only counts for one stack towards electrocute. You’d either need to aa two more times (which is ridiculous) or land another two more abilities (which the rest of her damage in her kit). This means Lux and many other mages HAVE to go comet (aery is very niche) which sucks cause comet doesn’t really feel satisfying and doesn’t require any skill.

Comet is better than electrocute on lux, even if that still worked.

Since both her E and Q have CC effects into it it makes comet almost 100% hit rate on her and has a low cd.
