This game REALLY needs smurf detection.

I really feel like smurfs are ruining the integrity of lower elo games. If someone has close to a 100% win rate and S/S+ every game on a champion, it's CLEAR they don't belong in that elo. IMO players should get boosted to where they belong skill wise faster instead of having people smurfing and just stomping one of the lanes mercilessly in gold and lower. It seems like it happens almost every game too. League has been out so long, a big chunk of the players have been playing for close to 10 years and a lot of them entertain themselves by smurfing. That in combo with the paid boosters that boost accounts, I think it's ruining the matchmaking for the people in these elos that are actually at that skill level.

I feel like Riot doesn't want to do anything about it because it's a big chunk of their player base though.
