God the Galio changes feel good

Now that this semesters classes are over I finally got to play some League over the past few days and I gotta say those Galio changes are SO nice.

  • My Q doesn’t cost a fifth of my mana mid game
  • I can actually trade aggressively in lane with E
  • I no longer need to build Truck loads of AP to deal damage
  • Q no longer has its ridiculous ratio

The only thing that feels like an actual nerf is the missing Damage reduction on Ult, but I’ll gladly take the buffs in exchange for that. (Besides I’ve been saying for about a year the Ult needed a meaningful nerf anyway so honestly I got what I wanted there.) I just hope he’s not abused in pro play so he can stay like this.

I played galio today and my my did I miss him

Played a Game of Nexus Blitz with him not too long ago. He feels so much better to play now, definitely picking him back up as a Midlaner.

Oh boy, I sure love when building damage makes you do less damage than building tanky
