People on our friend's list should have the option to reveal more info.

I'd like to be able to see what champions my friends own so I could know who I can gift them, and I'm coaching my newbie friend and would like to give him suggestions for champs to cover his weaknesses. I don't see why he can't just click a toggle in options and put his champion list on public. Makes no sense that a stranger can see your runes and masteries but your friend can't see the champions you own.

Also there's no reason to hide what vote your friend gives during a surrender vote.
