For 1500 IP per game, you can unlock all available skins for your teammates for that match.

With how much IP most veteran players have, in higher elos 9 times out of 10 someone's going to use the skin boost. So people won't have to buy skins, thus cutting into Riot's skin sales.

I'd say raise it to 5 to 10k ip.
