@Statikk 7 Been Months, and Support Lulu is still undertuned.
I hate to hold you too this statement you made 7 months ago Statikk, but I'm tired of my favorite champion being in this state. 7 months ago, you made this statement:
I will say, if we do make changes again to address her power level in Mid Lane, we will most definitely have to compensate her in Bot Lane.
Since then, Lulu HAS been nerfed, and has NOT received anything to help her bot lane. More promises were made in patch 4.13, where this statement was made after more Lulu nerfs:
We initially thought solo lane Lulu was a unique addition to the game, so we wanted to let her stay a viable pick in both solo and duo lanes...we know this isn't a great situation where we keep indirectly reducing support Lulu's power to maintain her viability as a mage, so this is something we'll have to really consider for the future.
The problem is, that Lulu hasn't received any help for 7 patches since those nerfs in 4.13! I don't understand how we can all just sit around and make empty promises and say that's okay. Lulu's win rate has sunk, as well as her play rates. Why? Now that she isn't overly dominate in solo lanes anymore, those that picked her up strictly because she had an abusive kit have dropped her. Those that continue to play Lulu are mostly Lulu mains that just like her kit/theme/play style etc. The thing is though, is that all those nerfs have left us with an under-tuned champion.
To put it bluntly, I feel like Support Lulu was hijacked by mid and top laners, abused for her power until she was nerfed repeatedly, then given back to support players like, "Here you go, she's no use to us solo laners anymore so you can have her back. We're done squeezing all the usefulness out of her." Then, we Lulu players get dialogue from Riot saying "Don't worry, We're watching it.", but clearly that's not the case.
THEN, in the 4.20 patch notes, we support Lulu players get a slapped in the face when we look at the Champion Mana Regeneration Changes section, and see Lulu listed under MAGES instead of traditional supports. Maybe I need to look at Lulu's champion spotlight again, but I think she was made to be a tradtional support, not a mage. Morello even commented once that Lulu was a shining example of what a support SHOULD be. She isn't even played that much in solo lanes anymore (or in general really.) Not like she used to be.
I'm not here to just complain. I would like to offer plenty of suggestions to fix Lulu, but all I ask is that Riot, stay true to what you said on paper. I would prefer if Lulu didn't turn into an ignored case just because her player base wasn't being vocal enough. I am here to let you know that we are here, and we would like to have a discussion.

. That's a trade I could agrea with. Than they can adjust their kit to that role rather than attempting to ballance them all.
