I had an idea I was tossing around as a new passive for Ashe, instead of her stupid current passive.
While she has her slowing shot (Q) on, autoattacks do not impede movement. This would make her the kiting queen, as long as she had mana. Easy way to introduce kiting for new players, still a strong champion.
Thoughts?
She at least needs literally anything. She has a passive for the first auto of a fight/CS and then it's gone. Or some champions, like Renekton, don't have a passive at all.

Ashe needs some serious work right now , a new passive might come in handy indeed .
Riot should just swap passives between Talon and Ashe. Both would be more thematic for them.
I do like the idea behind her current passive, encouraging sitting back until the right moment, moving in to make a crit attack and maybe engage. It does seem a bit counterintuitive to her role, though, to discourage her from autoattacking, particularly when virtually every other ADC passive does the opposite. Like Caitlyn; their passives are very similar, but Cait's is better in virtually every way AND is useful in the middle of combat.
I think I'd like them to keep at least part of how it is, but I would give it a change like they did to Warmog's this season; Let it stack up during combat, but not as fast as it does when you're waiting to stack it up.
