lucian sucks balls because his passive is bland and applies 2 cleaver stacks so people jump on that item. panth is too oppressive and boring because no mana gate due to corrupting potion and passive allowing him to tank tower. here is my proposed fix for both, pantheons is a total rework but it seems cool to me so lemme know what u guys think :).

  • LUCIAN - New lucian passive: Lucian's autoattacks do 85/90/100% damage scaling with levels (6,11) ^ PASSIVE portion Cooldown: 10 sec, every 10% CDR reduces it by 2 seconds. ( to emphasize importance of cdr in making him flow smoothly and steering away from botrk cleaver ) While off cooldown, the Lucian's next ability causes his next basic attack to fire twice, with the second shot dealing the same damage as the first and ignoring 30/40/50% of total armor. < allows him to scale into late game better to help bust tanks because he is insanely weak at that, scales with ultimate levels.

Q: same, remove cast time becoming lower with levels

W: same style but boost MS by 15/30/45%

E: same, not as many e resets to keep him burst oriented and not burst + impossible to catch due to the way his new passive works. Might be a little too long of a cooldown so could make it 16/14/12/10/8 and keep a mana cost or 20/18/16/14/12 and remove mana cost? could use some testing.

R: His current ult is too unreliable. Literally shoots wet noodles at tanks and can melt adcs from safe range if noone is there to stop it from hitting them, ends up being used for waveclear most of the time because it's so unreliable at killing people. Proposed change: Lucian becomes enraged for 6/8/10 seconds, boosting himself in the following ways: Q range increased by 75/150/225 and cast time changed to .15/.1/.05, auto range increased by 25/50/75, lower W mana cost, make it reset CD each kill, and increase MS gained to 20/40/60%

  • PANTHEON - this could be used for future rework, I think there is a possibility of making the shield look great with a future model :D

New panth passive: Shield of Aegis: Pantheon gains a shield for 10/20/30% of his MAXIMUM health (based on R levels) Regenerates over 2 seconds if pantheon is not in combat. Whilst the shield is active, Pantheons spear range is increased by 50/75/100 and gains 5/10/15% bonus armor and magic resist (scales with multiple builds) UNLOCKED AT LEVEL 3: Targonian Roar: Every 5 attacks (including abilities), pantheon lets out a roar that reduces nearby enemies armor and movespeed by 20/25/30% for 1/1.5/2 seconds at levels 3/6/9

Q: Charges up a spear over 1.5 seconds (can be instantly released) to deal 40%-120% of total AD. Spears released with no charge will slow enemies for 10/15/20/25/30% for 1/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. (for tank panth, noone wants a full ad panth slowing you constantly with his passive and q)

W: Pantheon channels for 1 second, and then charges with tremendous speed and force to stun the first enemy champion in his path. If pantheon collides with an enemy champion, gain 1% damage reduction for every 75 bonus health, and .5% damage reduction for every 20 armor.

E: Passive: If pantheon hits an enemy with two consecutive spears or basic attacks, the next one will critically strike for 70/75/80/85/90% bonus damage.

R: After channeling for 1 second, pantheon flies into the air. Whilst he is in the air, pantheon can either drop down in a location within a 1500/2000/2500 range radius, or drop down in the location he channeled in and release a barrage of arrows in an area within 2000/2500/3000 range that deal 50/75/100 + .2 total AD damage per .75 seconds to enemy CHAMPIONS and increase allies movement speed within the area by 10/20/30%
