riven a bit weak in current meta

she used to be pretty dominant early game but after all these sad excuses for warriors + tanks squished together named bruisers have taken over top. renekton is op early and darius when he gets those 5 stacks lol. all the blabbering about counterplay isn't needed, riven is supposed to be stronger early game however hydras healing was cut off halfway, and this actually really hurt her. tiamat change helped give her some waveclear back, but when your cooldowns are down you're a sitting duck unlike other assassins who have mobility up the ass. not saying riven doesn't have enough mobility, but she doesn't have enough RELIABLE options in this meta
