Suggestion for Miss Fortune ADC rework

Let Q (double up) automatically reset her new Love Tap Passive regardless of target switching. It won't do that much for her dueling, but its better than nothing. BTW, I really like how her strut is on her W. Before, her passive always felt like wasted potential. I really like Love Tap, but needs a little more. I think this minor change might help
