What do people think about Garen?
I'm curious if people are satisfied with the Garen changes. I know his winrate is relatively high, but is that enough to justify the changes?

hes pretty strong, so it was to be expected theyd tune him down. but at least according to his winrate its not that crazy.
a winrate slightly over 50% is ususally fine.
definitely happier with how he turned out than with his initial iteration. i hope the double nerf to his ms doesnt take a shit on him.
