Can you get a ranked restriction for telling a player to "stop trolling"?
"We're not losing because the enemy team has a better team comp, but because you're trolling too much."
Can you get ranked restricted or permanently suspended for saying this?

If you're spamming it in chat and bothering everybody and do this often, it's not surprising if you get a chat restriction, though. Ranked restrictions are harder to get, so people that get them are probably not doing just that.
