Viktor nerfs are totally unjustified

Let's first start of by looking at champion.gg high elo statistics

Win rate 47,25% , even people who have played him over 125+ games have less than 50% win rate.

Sub 50% win rate. Also this:

So how is this nerf in any way justified when there are mid mage champions like Ahri and Lux rampaging in soloQ and doing better in competitive?

Viktor win rate is the way it is because he's dependent on others to do his best work.

Yes.4w 6l for NA Lcs,5w 3l for EU lcs,7w 7l for Lpl,18w and 16l for LCK.This is normal.Also he picked because Doinb,Kuro and other players like him.Now Riot destroyed him.

I don't see why a Viktor nerf would be justified either... And tbh, If you wanna nerf Viktor you shouldn't nerf his E. It's a large part of his identity. If he needed a nerf I think something like a longer cooldown on his W would be better. IMO it's the most oppressive part of his kit, he can basically say ''No, you do not enter this part of the jungle :P''

I don't agree with the stuff they're putting on PBE at all right now, those GP nerfs are totally gutting him. They're basically bringing back Pre-rework GP. One barrel chain in a lategame teamfight, and spam Q for 12 seconds until you can make a chain again. It's really saddening.

Oh and look at Fiora, poor poor Fiora.

Fiora Riposte (W) cooldown increased to 24/22/20/18/16 from 19/18/17/16/15. Bladework (E) - two changes to CD of this ability: Cooldown lowered to 13/11/9/7/5 from15/13/11/9/7 Cooldown now starts after you've attacked twice or buff falls off.

Riot really has to watch out, you might actually NOTICE it if they nerf her anymore Sarcasm intensifies...
