So Riot thinks Corki is fine after the removal of +10% AA dmg passive?

He's statistically speaking worst ADC (+45% win rate plat+) and his mid win rate is also around 45% too. Even people who have played him 125+ games can only reach 47% win rate. His win rate plummeted after the passive was removed, so this is clearly based on numbers issue, not meta issue. Why did Riot even see it necessary to remove his +10% AA damage passive? Anyway the clear thing is that Corki is in desperate need of some kind of buffs.

They don't. There's already a thread where Meddler stated he needed buffs.

The thing is that a 10% free extra damage, on a champ that already has a high mixed damage (~50%) is just plain stupid. He's already hard to itemize, but even if you do itemize against him, he' still got shitload of damage thanks to the 10% extra damage. It's better to give him a simple buf to his skills damage than to give him 10% extra damage on the passive imho, it's less toxic and frustrating for the opponent but is still a buff for him.

I'm thinking it is more of a meta problem. Tanks are much stronger now and corki cant build penetrations well wihtout wasting too many stats.

I realize that you're referring to a passive, though Meddler was talking about Trinity Force compensations. Still though, he's getting buffed.

I fucking hate his package though. The amount of mobility is absurd much mixed damage and armor/mr shred is pretty strong too. But I understand and I agree with you.
