Syndra has not been buffed since 6.12 but she's been broken since october. As a result you decide to nerf her ult and Rylai, which is imo one of the problem too.
The thing is she has been even clunkier since her rework, because she looks either overpowered when fed or useless if behind.
I feel like you'll nerf her to forget her one year during as when her q was nerfed.

Syndra's nerf is relatively minor.
I agree the ultimate nerf actually isn't that bad. People are complaining because nerfing her ultimate isn't the correct solution to the problem. As many people have said before me, it's the W rework that needs to be fixed.
you syndra is an utter cancer and the nerf isn't even right they had to nerf her ball mechanics so she couldn't ahve so many balls for her ult so easy
