Riot forgot Elise ... ?
Wtf Rito ... Pls do something with Elise ... She's a little weak but funny to play. I really would like she comes back.

It is actually good the balancing team hasn't touched Shaco. They have proven all to often they are the poison to this game.
See, the thing is, they have not forgotten about her; Riot is ignoring Elise. It is terribly disappointing, as I love Elise, but using her is willingly bringing unnecessary frustration onto anyone who plays her.
It sucks, it really does.
She's the new Urgot
What happened is that when riot buffed Urgot out of urgot-tier, It left a power(less) vacuum that sucked Elise in.
You see urgot-tier is, in fact, Essential to keeping League of Legend properly functioning; it's the foundation on which the game engine is build.
Every 2 or so seasons they switch out the champion to prevent program fatigue and keep people from getting suspicious.
It's just Elise's turn to be sacrificed... for harvest
they fckd elise over with SEVERAL skill worthy champions... just so Zed would look good for a while...
The new abyssal should help a bit, as to how much I can't say.
I think elise still has a pretty decent laning phase but come late game, she falls off too hard. Her damage is great for bringing down health but not so much for actual assassination. She's like.. confused between being an AP bruiser and an Assassin. She lacks the tankiness to be a bruiser but lacks the burst to be an assassin.
I'm going to get downvoted hard for this, but why are people complaining about Elise? Every game I've seen her in recently, she has carried and/or melted the enemy. Her scaling is ridiculous for someone who builds full tank, but then again we have Sion and Gnar so not really a valid argument.
