Vel'koz seems ... nerfed ?

just played the new Vel, I don't play him much, but he is one of my fav champions. Anyways, the passive removal on his ult seems to hurt him a lot. True dmg sure is good on paper, but it's really hard to pull off a full deconstruction on more than 1 enemy.

You do more damage if your good and and land abilities. (Ult will do ALL TRUE DAMAGE If you do)

If you don't then thats your own fault, and you need to practice.

Indeed. A lot of the mages got this "gimmick" thing that took a lot of there power budget. I think of all the champions who were changed, brand is probably in the best place compared to where he was before.

As someone that use to play a lot of vel'koz support, yes he feels nerfed and rather shitty. I'm going back to zyra and sticking to my ziliean support.

Hmmm... I will try him out because I had the same worries about his passive change!

You can combo down their tank with that thing, why do you need to kill more than one target?
