Syndra feels .... meh ?

I played Syndra since her release. I've played her when she was as bad as yorick, I played her when she was building muramana, I played her when she was pick or ban, and I played her when people forgot she existed. I was happy to hear that she was getting something from this mid year update, but after finally playing her she feels rather unchanged.

Sure now you can ult with 7 to 8 balls, but that is useless since people were already dying from her 6 balls ult. Her Q dmg is pretty much the same, her clunky W got one of those useless gimmicks everyone seems to be getting lately and I'm not even sure they changed her E ? And let's be honest, a passive that is only somewhat of use when you're lvl ~14 is a bad passive. Sometimes you don't even get your last 2 "Transcended" skills because of how fast games end these days.

Syndra is a very bad version of Veigar. A nuking champ that unleashes everything on one enemy to erase them. The thing is Veigar is vastly superior to her in that aspect : He has an AP generating passive, a team wide 2 seconds stun that makes a whole zone a "death trap" and an ult that literally obliterate anyone on sight (with that new %health), not to mention his 1.0 ap rations on 2 of his skills.

Syndra can what ? stun 2 maybe 3 people for a split second before they eat her alive ?

I know you're trying to fix her Riot, and I'm glad for that, but her passive just needs to be completely reworked into a new one, and give the damn balls some use after spawning them instead of them just staying there watching you get killed.
