Just a thought. What if everyone had flash and ghost and then 2 slots for summoner spells

Just a thought, seems like everyone takes flash or ghost. What if we had more summoner spells but everyone has flash or ghost(would have to choose between one so champs like singed cant run ghost as a summ spell and have flash lul)

edit: Flash or ghost (from flash and exhaust)

everyone would have flash ignite and smite. ive thought about this before. it just wouldn't work.

give every champion good survivabillity or kill pressure/potential that just makes the game worse
