when im about picking him i remember all the pain in late game
an assasin / fighter that does almost no dmg in late game even when you build him full ad then you will be cheese for the ennemy team , you jump then you get cc'd you die in 1 sec i dont care about early game at all , early score doesnt mean shit for many champs , you can go 10/0 early with him and you still lose cause you cant carry late , lets take for example veigar , he can go 0/5 but wait till you see him one shotting your carries in late game . Is there any plans for reworking panth ? he looks really weak and almost no one is picking him this days .

Finish the game early. And late game he can definitely asassinate. You get off a full EWQ with Full AD they are dead. But don't build full AD build some tankyness so that you can use your stun for teamfights and survive and chunk targets/execute.

late game all you need to do is E a carry plus 2 other champs, toss a Q and stun someone, then it doesn't matter what happens to you.

In all honesty, you don't play Pantheon to carry a game. He is not a carry, he is a lane bully. His early game is crazy, but his late game falls off no matter what. Obviously this sucks and I'm with a lot of people who'd like him to have a decent late, but that's the situation right now.
