Were Fiora's allies able to see her passive vitals before 6.4?

I'm like 50% sure they could see them before 6.4 , but after having her on my team I never saw the vitals on the enemies.

I could be wrong though.

It could be useful for knockback cc and stuff.

Just wondering.
