I'm bored; take a probo bad Fiora rework to the face

I've recently converted to the camp that Fiora needs an almost full rework. This is actually kind of a big deal, simply because I'm incredibly change adverse. I've come to this belief, not because she's OP, toxic, lacks counterplay, or anything like that, in fact her kit looks really cool. It just looks too similar to Jax's, and I don't know if they can co-exist in a healthy way without stepping all over each other, and I feel Fiora is in a better position to be changed. Maybe they can co-exist, but I'm not too sure.

With that said, I've been thinking about what I'd do if I could completely rework Fiora, anything goes type deal. This is what I've come up with so far. Probably sucks, but something to get ideas out, and the ball rolling.

Base Stats:

Range increased to 175 from 125 (Rapiers are long, not short)

Additionally she would be to changed from mana to energy. Fencing, while exhausting, is a series of rapid exertions. This type of gameplay is best enabled and best gated, by the Energy mechanic.

Passive:

Duelist: Range: 700; Fiora is a master of manipulating the tempo of a fight. Whenever a nearby enemy autoattacks or uses an ability, Fiora gains a stack of Tempo (Max 5) for 10s. Timer refreshes when stacks are gained. Fiora's Autoattacks or abilities consume Tempo with abilities gaining bonus scaling, per stack, and abilities and autoattacks restoring 10 energy per stack. Energy would be restored after the energy for the triggering ability is taken from the energy pool.

Thoughts: Tempo is an important part of Fencing. Similar to the chess principle it's effectively the cost of your action vs the cost of your opponent's. Both act at the same time, and rate, and there isn't a massive effect, but if one person try's to do too much at once, their opponent can simultaneously respond in a way to gain an advantage. This is a principle Fiora would easily abuse. Tempo would be a decision. AAing frequently, pushing a wave for example, would use it up, and not store any, limiting energy refresh and all-in potential. Storing it means you aren't pushing your lane, and may tip your opponent off that they should be cautious. Knowing which ability to spend tempo on at that moment would also be an incredibly important part of Fiora's mechanics. This would also improve Fiora's teamfight potential as the more enemies in range mean more actions to build her tempo.

She may be the Grand Duelist, but this is a team game, and fantasy depictions of fencers often have them holding their own in group fights.

Q (Lunge): Range: 300; Energy: 80/75/70/65/60; Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 (-1s per tempo consumed); Damage 15/25/35/45/55 (+100% AD) +8% (+3% for every 100 AD) Missing health. Applies on hit effects.

Thoughts: Lunges are longer ranged attacks intended to kill an opponent. If you can lunge, you're in range; you don't use a lunge to get in range. Your feet are planted firmly, and running forward while reaching you're sword out as far as you can in front of you is bad M'kay.

W (Parry): Range: Self; Energy 45/50/55/60/65; Cooldown 12; Passive bonus AD: 15/20/25/30/35 ; For .5s if Fiora would be hit by an ability or Auto attack her next attack in 2s deals bonus 25%/30%/35%/40%/45% Bonus AD (+3% per stack of tempo) damage instead (stacks for every time she would take damage in that .5s). This ability doesn't cancel Fiora's previous orders. This ability resets the Autoattack timer.

Thoughts: What Riposte should be IMO. A small window of opportunity to avoid incoming damage and effects, rewarding strong player mechanics. Works with both abilities and AAs, but for such a short duration it can disrupt a combo, but not make Fiora immune to combos. It's not Kayle's ult, it's not Jax's E, it's somewhere in-between that require's enough player ability that it fits a Duelist champ.

E (Blade Waltz): Range: 500; Energy 80; Cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14; Fiora ignores unit collision and dashes toward the cursor, dealing damage to any units she passes through and taking 25% less damage from creeps for 3s. If Fiora come in contact with an enemy champ, she immediately stops and her next attack in 2s disorient's her opponent, slowing them 50% for .5s (+.5s for every tempo consumed). An auto attack or lunge can benefit from both Blade waltz and Parry's on hit effects.

Thoughts: This is the better gapcloser ability for a duelist champ. Fiora continues to have no hard CC, but gains a bit of sticking power, more if she chooses to spend tempo on this ability rather than start with a lunge or parry. As the ability is a dash, she also gains some map mobility through the ability to dash through terrain, though the static cost means she may lose combo and chase potential if she chooses to do so.

Additionally Phreak would want to use her in the jungle, so the ability to take less damage from creeps would be useful.

R (Burst of Speed): Range: Self; Cooldown 140/120/100; For 6s Fiora's auto attacks hit twice (both hits apply on hit effects). Killing an enemy champ, or destroying a turret reduces the cooldown by 20%/35%/50%

Thoughts: The basic idea was that Fiora should scale very well from AD, AS, and CDR. Giving her a huge AS steroid would limit the benefit of building AS, but giving bonus damage per attack would strengthen the effect of AS. With such a short duration, and long cooldown not getting a kill would dramatically hurt Fiora's damage potential.

Combo thoughts:

Starting with a parry would probably not be the best idea, unless the goal is to slip an enemy combo starter, and follow up with a Blade Waltz -> AA -> Lunge for a lot of damage.

Most likely, starting with a tempo boosted lunge, into a Parry -> Blade Waltz -> Lunge would be the B&B combo.

Burst of speed would likely be a teamfight boost, or used to secure kills/towers. Fiora's kill potential is improved by the ability dramatically, but not limited to it.

This is what I'd do. Personally I didn't like the previewed Fiora rework that was floating around a while back. While this may or may not be good, it's kind of the idea of where I think her design should go. Thoughts? I wonder what other people would do with Fiora if given free reign?

I'm also kind of curious as to Riot's plans for her. I've wanted to pick her up for a while, as I'm a fan of sport fencing and HEMA, buts she's always been in this state of uncertainty so I've held off.
