Ok so twitch needs a giant big fat juicy nerf!! He's good in all elo and has the most average kills out of all adcs imo some changes need to made to Twitch such as lowering the time of his camoflague or just plain out lowering his insane dmg. I would love to see your counter argument saying Twitch is balanced because I just can't see how.

Barkley5 votesTwitch's problem is that he's supposed to have a weak early game to compensate for his ridiculous late game scaling, and currently he doesn't. I routinely see twitch come out of lane phase 4-0 or better.

He relies on attack speed to proc his passive (the very thing that overcompensates his lack of base damage) efficiently and Precision gives him an unnecessary starting AS steroid that allows him to melt champions far sooner than he should be allowed.
A way to fix him is to nerf his passive by reducing the true damage by 1 or 2 per second per stack.

He isn't as good a pick as before since earlygame supports like Leona and Ali are as strong as they are.
