Might as well remove Sunfire Cape from the game at this point.

With the addition of Dead Man's Plate and Titanic Hydra melee bruisers really have no reason to ever purchase this item. Bruisers are at no lack of HP/Armor items and the new hydra vastly outperforms sunfire in its last functional role as "that one item shen buys to push waves faster". It's been a trap on 99% of heroes for over a year and a half and now it doesn't have anything at all. Just remove it.
