Quinns R costs 100mana at lvl 6 :/ WTF

i want an explanation why Quinns lvl 6 R costs 100 mana, it says in the patch notes it has no cost, and to be honest this is a huge impact because when i hit lvl 6 her mana runs out really fast having R cost 100
