Nunu Snowballing

For the upcoming Nunu rework, since Rito loves mobility creep, and snowballing in games, I've come up with a passive for new nunu.

Passive: Every 5 minutes of the game, Nunu gains permanent bonus movement speed equal to x percentage of his current movement speed where x is the current game time in minutes. (ex 5% at 5 mins, 10% at 10 mins, 15% at 15 mins, etc.)

And it would of course have to be called: Snowballing

Nah, if they want mobility, heres a new passive "Nunu can freely teleport around the map while in the fog of war, but can only be seen by an enemy champ for 3 seconds before disappearing", and it will be called bigfoot sightings
