Anyone know why Ekko was untouched this patch?
When someone can build straight tank and do the most damage on the team, I see something wrong with that. Just wondering why Riot felt the need to let him slide another patch.

Igotlazy1 votesTimewinder (Q): -Outgoing damage reduced to 40/55/70/85/100 (+.2 AP) from 60/75/90/105/120 (+.1 AP) -Slow changed to 30% + [10% per 100 AP] from 32/39/46/53/60%
Chronobreak (R): Base damage lowered to 150/300/450 from 200/350/500 AP ratio increased to 1.5 from 1.3
These changes are currently on PBE.
