New ban system

Amazing. Now bans gets done in 5-10 seconds. Also annoying champions gets constantly banned. Now I see a bigger pool of champions rotating.

It's a horrible system. Trolls are able to opt out of banning by selecting the "No Ban" option and duplicate bans occur. The new system is inconsistent. It's a total mess.

I like the new ban system and Hate it at the same time. There are so many over lapping bans and trolls that put no ban up.
