Urgot, why nobody plays him ?
Probably I see him only once per month when somebody picks him. Are there some issues with him? Can he be played as a marksman ?

He is boring and ugly.
He can be played. The biggest problem I have when I play him is finding a good time to use his ult. It's not very often want my position to be swapped with the enemy
I play him sometimes, but I find that he needs a really specific rune setup to play him properly y'know like having health armor/mr for ad/ap laners and AD
y'know so you can be tanky at the start and do damage too
but I just have 4 rune pages of AP setups
He can be played as a marksmen . Runaans rapid fire essence reaver and Lord dom and frozen mallet or Iceborn. Applying your passive to everyone is pretty legit .if you have say taric supp leo or thresh that works best heavy cc .
Urgots a solid pick that falls off in damage late game, but still does solid damage. He starts out as a lane bully and then becomes kinda an off tank debuffer. I hope they keep this largely the same in his rework. My favorite aspect of his kit is his ult. So many people don't think it's very great but it becomes an extremely usefull utility option late game, and during lane it's great for engaging and setting up ganks.
