Creating more enjoyable environment for support.

First of all I want to say I play exclusively only support role as hybrid AP which is more fun than penniless support/support role. That means that I will be glad to take kills but I will leave CS to my ADC. Also, my AP helps to push back lanes or to play aggressively.
Even then... I always would be behind in money than the rest of the team + I would have to spend my pennies for Sightstone which further delays certain builds. My suggestion to RIOT:

a) Please can you implement mechanics where Warding Totem for Support Role would transform into Sightstone with an option to upgrade into Ruby Sightstone .

OR b) Ancient Coin /Spellthief's Edge would significantly provide more money for a Support Role to compensate expenditure for Ruby Sightstone as a purchasable item in Warding Totem slot .

Understandable, my request is an additional 7th item for Support Role but this is not too much of asking for most underplayed and unappreciated role.
