Azir Gameplay Analysis

Hope this is the right section, if not, admins pls move it :^) Hey :)

My last game I was playing Azir in the midlane, after 55mins we lost the 4v5 game (our Cait was AFK since min 10/20). I ended up having these stats: 26/9/21 + 533 CS

From min 40 or so on I was fullbuild with having about 4k gold left to spend, but I didn't know what to do with it so I swapped GA for ZH and vice versa, while always buying the 500g pot.

Now, although I was so strong/well farmed/fed we lost the game and I'd appreciate it if someone could go through the game with me and analyze my mistakes/what I would've done better.
