@Meddler (or anyone on the team dealing with it) Bruiser Keystone on PBE
I saw a comment somewhere saying that this rune is EXCLUSIVELY going to grant AD because there were concerns that making it adaptive would make it the de-facto choice for most tanks as they have decent AP ratios.
If I could ask, what champions SPECIFICALLY make you afraid to make its stats adaptive rather than always AD.
Remember, to take this rune, you MUST primary in Precision, which is something I don't think most tanky AP-scaling champions thrill in.
Also, I don't think being A GOOD choice necessarily makes it so good that it's problematic. Unless it is actually making the champion too strong, it crowding out actual resolve keystones is probably more of a statement on those keystones than it is on this one.
So my question is. What champions become overpowered when this rune is adaptive who are not without it, and does it put them so far out of line that they can't be tweaked, but instead the rune has to be restrictive, especially on the rune tree which is already the most restrictive as is.
My assumption was Cho'Gath or Vladimir might be the problem, but considering that going primary if precision means that they are either giving up everything in inspiration or giving up ANY useful stats from their runes, it's hard to imagine how bad that could be in practice; it seems like the risk/reward is there
