I understand and accept the philosophy you have gone with justifying the removal of specified camp smites, but I feel like krugs, in particular, allowed for some different jungle pathing for certain champions and allowed champions without hard CC to take rift scuttlers in REASONABLE amounts of time.
Is there any plan to kinda re-instate that in any way?
oh god. I didn't think about that.... I'm gonna hate taking scuttle next season.
Maybe they could make smiting scuttle deal increased damage and stun it.
It never occurred to me that most junglers won't be able to take scuttler while I was testing on PBE. This might be indirectly buffing hard CC junglers.
Jesus christ, you might have just blown a hole into this mistake Riot just made, my god, imagine someone like Yi trying to scuttle early level, it'll take so god damn long.

I already asked this. He said the jungle was already tuned for not having anymore clearing smite buffs.
a lot of junglers (noticeably fiddlesticks and his ult) are affected by the removal of raptors smite too
and a bunch of tanks benefit off of gromp's free thornmail.
Heh, Yorick abuses the scuttle crab. With a little bit of positioning you can pin it against a wall, no need to use any spells. I guess this will make there be a better window for cc junglers to have drag control. If the damage dealers that take drag down fast don't have as easy access to scuttle crab then tank junglers won't get crowded out of dragon.
