Now that you put red and blue to be visible on clones such as Leblanc's or Shaco's

Maybe it's time to make it so that it also copies Elixirs and items such as Dead man's plate or Lich Bane.

I mean what's the point of having blue on both you and your clone if only one of you is glowing dark blue because of an elixir, completly giving away your position. Might as well put an arrow pointing at you on top of you.

Dude I can barely tell the difference now.

If you click on the champion/clone, the champion will have a visible timer left on their blue/red buff, but it's permanent on the clone. Though that may be a little too tedious while you're in the midst of combat :P

How? You must be LeeSin because that crap isn't easy to miss

EndlessSorcerer1 votes

I'd honestly settle for items appearing in their inventory.

Unless they fixed that and I had just missed it.

What i just posted a bug report about this like 1 minute ago...

EndlessSorcerer1 votes

I wouldn't say it's a bug.

IIRC, items have never shown up in the clone's inventory.

Shac Norris1 votes

Hmm i'm pretty sure they used to..

Or else i never noticed it in the 300 games i've played Shaco?

I still can't believe it took this long to add that. That was something could potentially be a major handicap for any champ with a clone ability since you can tell that it's the fake without the buff. Worst part is I never even noticed when playing MonkeyKing that my decoy was giving away the fact it was a clone. I just assumed they would run past the clone cause they caught on to me.

Tbh I think at this point it's the small things that matter for both. With LB you get an invisibility to reposition and with Shaco it gives you better DPS + it removes you from the game for a split second.

Shac Norris1 votes

There's no possibility to outplay with your clone late game, since one is glowing and filled with all colors and the other isn't

morris11 votes

Yea, but as I said at least you have a higher AD ratio per second and that clone might give you a kill after you die.

Shac Norris1 votes

????

Shaco's clone stops attacking after you die, if your last command was to make him attack someone, he will follow the said person until he blows up, unless he gets CC'd, if that happens then the clone just stops moving.

Also what are you talking about with your ''higher AD ratio per second''?

morris11 votes

The clone blowing up is what I said can get you a kill if you happen to die, and also a Shaco and a clone auto-ing is better than a Shaco auto-ing. Since the clone deals 75% of your damage, it's basically a 1.75 AD ratio on autos total, and that is very good on an AD stacking assassin.

Shac Norris1 votes

Bro..... 75% dmg, not 75% additional damage.

it means that if you have 100 ad, your clone will deal 75 p. dmg, and not 175

And the clone blowing up on someone after you die is a really rare thing.

morris11 votes

I mentioned total damage, so you having 100 ad with your clone active you together will be doing 100 and 75 damage respectively, so the clone's damage potential shouldn't be underestimated at all and be used for its damage rather than for the confusion it might create (in some instances you can just click on a clone and sometimes it won't even show items in its inventory, so it was never even that reliable)

Shac Norris1 votes

You're assuming that the clone auto attacks, but he gets 2 shotted by any adc's basic attacks, and doesn't run as fast as you do, and aa canceling feels akward and works only half of the time for some reason.

I just build hurricane and take em both

Shac Norris1 votes

Yeah, one of them taking 50% of your hp in the process

PDE5 Inhibitors1 votes

50% < 100% :)

Shac Norris1 votes

No no no.

50% + Luden's echo (5-10%) + Shiv (40%) + Gunblade (5-10%)

Pretty sure you can still ping spam Shaco, and the real Shaco after ulting will still be pinged. Still appears in the exact same spot every time, too.

Ofc that assumes you see him ult.

Shac Norris1 votes

Ignite also works, or any kind of debuff.

PDE5 Inhibitors1 votes

If I'm ADC and I right click leblanc or shaco, my ADC will sometimes automatically keep attacking the real one. I don't think it happens all the time, but I don't really play against them (esp shaco) that much.

Nilok1 votes

That's just what some ADCs do, like keep auto attacking even though they are suppressed.

PDE5 Inhibitors1 votes

Never had that happen lol...but I like the shaco one :)

Buffer input canceling is awesome.

Your cast times are considered cc, so if a cast time starts on some champions, cc doesn't interrupt it and is overlaid with it, and if you click fast enough you can queue up an attack while casting your ability too! So you can actually cast an ability and land an auto attack all while cc'ed.
