why does ranged champ able to abuse this keystone when it was disgined for splitpushers top lane and bruisers ,i was playing phase rush daruis top against a vayne with ff she she would have alot more ms then me even if i pull her and she proced to kite me hard and that guy was a complet ape also he was q into me but still win with auto attacks and all the healing he get also the nerf to vayne ult wont do jack shit cause she can one shot u with auto Q auto without using ult ,pepole manly use the ult for the ms and the stealth ,XD i love it when i read adcs busted kits but anyways nerf FF for ranged champs so stupid adcs stop abusing it like everything else

Who said it was designed for top lane splitpushers? It is basically the same like warlords, which was supposed to be taken by ADCs for sustain and kiting potential.

It is no abuse if something is designed to be taken by a class from the start.

it was designed for top lane splitpushers ,old wardlord maybe was for adcs but it turned out to be very toxic cause adcs started to skip life steal items and get double crit dmage items while healing without needing the life steal

players tought that riot learnt from their mistakes but riot wanted to still have warlords viable for other champs , after they buffed it they also gave champs who use crit (aka adcs) bonus healing , so it's the same shit , the keystone is not meant for fking adcs

Sure, you can use it for splitpushers, but especially since that rune is basically the same like the old Warlords and is put in a rune tree which heavily benefits ADCs (Precision), I highly doubt that Fleet Footwork was not intended by Riot to be taken by ADCs.

In other words: just because you and some other fans think that ADCs shouldn't use it does not mean that Riot designed it for not being used by them. The fact that they added bonus heal for crit practically proves that Riot intends ADCs to take it.

EDIT: Another proof that it was intended for ADCs from the start is that it's using the energized effect, giving it a natural synergy with RFC item 3094 , which is obviously an ADC item. Why should they build in that interaction if ADCs using it was not intended?

Pretty sure Fleet Footwork is mainly meant for ADCs, similar to Warlords Bloodlust. So technically, this isn't considered "abused" at all.

so you are saying that riot made this keystone for adcs ? that's BS too , alot of pepole here would love to talk about that for a while ,i love how adcs items are cheap and how they can use everykeystone but still able to skip there build and build full damage
