i don't know why people are acting like we have 10 bans

we actually have 6-8 tend to get double banned ALOT. i get that riot didn't want to make a ban draft phase because "draft takes too long"(which is bullshit. i'd gladly have a longer draft for 10 REAL bans), but since they refuse to meaningfully nerf specific problem champs, we only have 6-8 bans tops.
