now adcs are going to be complained about a lot more.. because supports roam free

If I'm to believe the way runes are used on them, ADC are going to have a rougher time of things early game which is probably going to slow them all down throughout the game.
I think things like Ultimore are aimed at champions who are going to be losing out on the early offense their runes normally afford them (in some capacity).
