questions about the rune reforge (found the place that riot was talking about)

Yo Arselyn here, i'm here for the People to ask Riot a few questions for the preseason of the Rune Reforge. if Riot answers some (or all) of my questions i can post it on YouTube so that everyone can hear riot's answer, whether or not the People are satisfied or not. We all know that there some questions that should be looked over

  1. We all know that keystones is the main ability that will change the course of the game that will make the most impact. everyone is curious what will happen to the keystones we have right now and if most (or all) will stay? If not then why, Fervor Of Battle, thunderlord and stoneborn pack is one of the many keystone that prove to be more then worthy enough keystone to stay, it will be still a good set amount of keystones to keep which all were very impactful.

  2. My guess from the first part where riot talk about keystones and the picture you have gave us, there are gonna be 1 keystone, 1 greater rune and 4 minor runes, then after those are picked will that determine what are out of the thing called LOREM IPSUME?

  3. People claim that this ideal that the rune reforge is not a good idea since their state that "it removes creativity and luxury time to spend on them and experiment freely". can you come to a conclusion about this? consider that runes was loved for the freedom to pick what runes you want, not many people like the ideal of the runes being limited to the path.

  4. what will this mean for the champions that relied on the states boost that they need to farm or make trades given

In my conclusions i love the ideal of the rune reforge however other people are worry and helping to answer these questions

I want my 30% CDR/lvl!!! Idc that it's not good.

dude calm buddy, we all know that with enough runes that you can exceed that, they already implament the 10% cdr at lv 10 which also give you adaptive ad/ap if you go past 40%. BUT this is RIOT decision not mine. but i wanna let you know that riot is keeping some (not all) passive runes, this could be including cdr if not then overcharger is the one that will replace the 30% cdr scaling

So Meddler addressed #1 in this post (kind of). I think none of the keystones are staying in exactly the same form; for instance, I wouldn't be surprised if Berserk was the replacement to Fervor of Battle. But they are talking about it.

Lorem Ipsum is latin for "filler text." Not sure I understand your question here, but the number of runes and such are subject to change. They didn't talk about that specifically because they aren't ready to commit to anything, from what I remember.

I'm pretty sure they addressed #3 in the video, too... I'm pretty sure they said you wouldn't be limited to one path only.

I think the game will get adjusted in a pretty large way. It's not like they don't test these changes. I wouldn't be shocked to see some stats get taken off minions in the early game as a result of the changes. That's entirely likely.
