Can some champions just be removed from URF please?

People Like Nidalee, Zed, and Shaco who literally just spam 1 button until they get a kill. Its frustrating and unfun.

And when my teammates keep saying "Dodge nidalee's spears" but when she's throwing 3 a second how are you supposed to dodge that?

So as I was playing Ziggs while being accompanied by Nid botlane we sorta just proxy farmed as we shoved the the other laners back to their inner turrets sure outplayed them huh?
