Four hundred gold, works just like Live Sightstone sans the HP.

And then?

You make a fairly gold efficient set of upgrade paths for it that would be attractive to every champion archetype in the game.

You want everyone to help with Vision, Riot?

Then make some items that would actually encourage those Assassins and Marksmen to build a Vision item.

Then there would be too much vision. The issue with sight stone is that it is a ubiquitous crutch in the game when, especially now that tickets are a thing, it really has no good reason to be.

You solution doesn't fix anything, all it does it extend the issue to every other champ and role.
