Oh look Miss Fortune (as I said) has the highest winrate according to Champion.gg. Maybe you should learn how to play league instead of whining about not being able to side step her W.
Just because you get Platinum statistics when you yourself aren't even a plat+ player doesn't mean low elo is going to be the same. Jinx also isn't the top played adc, and less people probably play her compared to champions like Lucian, Graves and Ezreal. The only reason people are playing her now is for the skin. But MF (top ADC), Jhin, and Vayne destroy Jinx. Maybe even trying playing Twitch since you can't 1v1 effectively either,

First off, you never 1v1 an ADC. Secondly, just because she doesnt have the highest win rate for an ADC doesn't mean she isn't broken. I'm not gonna argue with stupidity. So I'm done.
