While i am certainly fine with rylais getting nerfed

I am NOT fine with another slot efficient mage item getting nerfed. over the years, mages has just lost more and more slot efficiency, and it's getting a tad dull.

if nothing else, put a bit more ap on other items, maybe bump up to 80 and up to 110-120 to compensate, so mages actually end up with a similar amount of ap, if nothing else.

buffing ludens up to being a strong item like that again is also arguably better than having rylais with its current level of ap, given that it wont give much survivabillity so mages who build damage like that wont be tankier as well.
