Just looking at sur@20 and her chain speed getting buffed. Why is she getting buff she is definitely not weak by any means. If anything her chains stickyness is arguably one of the things that people hate most about her since they are so strong. Riot I don't understand why Leblanc is all of a sudden getting a buff. Can we have some context on this please because she definitely doesn't need to become stronger?
Leblanc is literally getting her chain missile speed increased by 1/8th of what it was. It's a miniscule quality-of-life buff meant to make playing her more pleasant/consistent because generally you want to be able to actually land her chains with proper aim. Honestly, she needs it so that she doesn't have to always get in the face of someone to make sure she doesn't miss.
This is hardly a buff, really. All her damages are the same, it's hardly any faster and nothing else was changed.
She needs a buff because Zed got buffed DUH! They are lovers one cannot go without the others.
