Dynamic que and the new interface are just terrible. I now get ~10 minutes waits to get a match.

Dynamic que is an abomination in a ranking ladder, but even beyond that the new role selection while nice on the surface actually has made the game less enjoyable for me. I found that prior to the change in the vast majority of my matches everyone just filled in roles with pick order. The days of mid or feed were long gone, the days of troll supports were long gone. It actually all pretty much worked and I was able to get a match in gold with in 1-2 minutes. It was even fun to have to play all of the other roles and helped improve my overall play understanding how each role worked.

Enter the new system. Ok it is slightly less rare to get a troll but I still get someone who plays a troll support or is just a douche because they qued for mid first bot second and got bot and now says i can only mid. Then I now seem to average about 10 minutes to even get a match in gold, then the preamble of pick ban takes an additional 3 or so minutes over the old system. So in the end I seem to get almost 15 minutes of extra dead time with the new system and the only tangible improvement is I get my desired role more often at the cost of playing more roies. Honestly I prefer to save 13-15 minutes per match of wait time and deal with the old stuff.
