Statistics at that level of play don't mean much. Sample size is too low and bias is too high.

challenger winrates become insane numbers because of the extremely low % of games played. less played champions will have 0% or 100% winrates in challenger, because they would only have 1-2 games played

I would assume it due to a very small number of games being played on him which just happened to go very well.
