Sona's E!
It's so short ranged and it doesn't feel as good as her other spell effects given to allies.

Yeah I kinda agree... although it is powerful, however I feel like the range is really way too short. Although her E isn't what makes sona, sona. Its her poke power and heal. I prefer that they up the base amounts on her poke and/or heal instead, and that'll make me more satisfying to use her...
It's amazing. It gives you the craziest set-up for your ults in teamfights, and the slow it gives Power Chord is awesome for both chasing and escaping.
Try it some more. It's actually quite good.
