Essence Flux(Ezreal's W) should be able to hit Jungle Creeps

Why? Well you see, when playing AP Ezreal; I feel so weak when fighting baron, dragon, or even trying to get a blue buff myself. I feel like this change would help AP Ezreal a lot in terms of helping the team get Baron or Dragon. Right now, I feel kind of useless when playing AP Ezreal when it comes to those objectives.
