Diana is busted

Okay, i've played enough games vs this moon-bitch and there's nothing more busted than a Diana. Diana comes with Atrocious burst/Escapes/Huge Gap closer and AOE knockup along with easy "outplay" Zhonyas as a core item to go with her kit. She is insane this season and not very easy to shut down even when you have 200 Mr and 3000+ health unless she's bad.

She needs like 20-35% of her burst reduced because not even fishboy Fizz can't burst as hard as she can

Don't give me that "oh just dodge her q" "focus her" try saying that when you are busy trying to peel for your adc or focus her down in team fights only to have their team pull you off.

God this season is so much all over the place...
