Dear Riot, Please Consider adding a bit of power to the version of ER on the PBE

With the PBE Infinity edge retaining its 3400 gold cost and receiving a new 80 AD along with the crit muli passive returning and with the zeal items being lowered back to 2600 gold and receiving more movement speed, a better PD passive, etc, the PBE essence reaver seems to be highly underwhelming in comparison. Where as items like IE, stormrazor or PD give powerful interesting passives in addition to the generous raw stats, the PBE ER is only giving a rather mediocre assortment of stats.

I think it would go a long way to either add a second unique passive onto ER (maybe something ability related like 2% ability dmg stacking up once every second for 5 seconds kind of like liandries) or maybe siphoning some of the power of zeal items into ER. It seems zeal items are simply returning to their extremely powerful state that they were in 2017 and ER is becoming rather underwhelming.

EDIT: I did some math on the old ER from 2017 and it turns out not only was the old one about 10% more gold efficient than the PBE version due to it potentially giving 30% cdr, but its mana on crit passive was also far stronger.
